Our story

A different approach to home.

Based in College Station, Texas, we're an Aggie-owned and operated business bringing together interior design, home services and installation, and thoughtfully curated products from Texas makers.

Whether you're refreshing a room, assembling new furniture, making improvements around your home, or searching for a meaningful gift, our approach is the same: thoughtful details, practical solutions, and genuine care for the people we serve.

We believe creating a home you love doesn't have to happen all at once. Sometimes it's finding the right paint color. Sometimes it's finally hanging the artwork you've had sitting against the wall. Sometimes it's getting furniture assembled, tackling a list of small repairs, or discovering a beautiful piece made by a Texas artisan.

Every project matters, regardless of size. We believe good design and dependable home services should be approachable, personal, and within reach.

We're also building something beyond our design and home services: a thoughtfully curated collection celebrating independent Texas makers, their craftsmanship, and the stories behind their products. From distinctive home accents to meaningful gifts, our goal is to help people discover products worth sharing.

Different services. One shared philosophy: make everyday living a little more beautiful, functional, and meaningful.

The people behind A Priori

Meet Leah & Brian.

Founder & Creative Direction

Meet Leah.

Leah Morris founded A Priori Designs with a lifelong appreciation for beautiful spaces, thoughtful details, and the way our surroundings influence everyday life.

Her background includes formal studies in interior design and 17 years as an independent hairstylist — experience that has sharpened her eye for color, proportion, texture, and the details that bring a space together.

Leah believes great design begins with listening. Your personal style, everyday needs, and budget should guide the process from the very beginning.

She's also passionate about discovering independent Texas makers and introducing their craftsmanship to people who value originality, quality, and meaningful gifts.

Her vision is to make A Priori Designs a welcoming, down-to-earth business where beautiful ideas meet practical possibilities.

Meet Brian.

Brian Morris brings the hands-on side of A Priori Designs to life.

A graduate of Texas A&M University, Brian shares deep ties to the Bryan–College Station community and brings a practical, detail-oriented approach to every project.

From furniture assembly and artwork installation to home repairs, maintenance, and improvements, Brian helps homeowners tackle the projects that make their spaces more comfortable and functional.

He understands that not every project requires a major renovation. Sometimes the smaller jobs make the biggest difference in how a home looks, feels, and works.

With an emphasis on careful workmanship, clear communication, and respect for your home, Brian helps turn plans and purchases into finished projects.

Together, Leah and Brian combine creative vision, hands-on expertise, and deep roots in the Bryan–College Station community — bringing thoughtful design and practical solutions to the homes they serve.
